Resource: FTC’s Revised Endorsement Guides

Based on public feedback and consumer research, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has revised and reissued its endorsement guides for bloggers, as well as advertisers, public relations professionals, affiliate marketers, and others.

Basically, if you are endorsing or promoting products or services on your sites, you should take a moment to make sure these endorsements are in compliance with the federal guidelines.
